Juara Rakyat yang dapat memberikan penerangan dan mematahkan serangan dan dakyah Pakatan Pembangkang hendaklah di gerakkan secara menyeluruh dan merangkumi bandar dan luar bandar agar rakyat faham kenapa mereka mesti mengundi Barisan Nasional dan bukannya Pakatan Rakyat. Insyaallah dengan penerangan dan gerak kerja yang ikhlas dan amanah UMNO/BN akan berjaya pada PRU 13 nanti....

Masih berkurangan program Juara Rakyat di luar bandar. Malahan di bandar program ini harus di pertingkatkan supaya rakyat faham kenapa mereka mesti mengundi Barisan Nasional dan bukannya Pakatan Rakyat.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 2 — Umno is to continue consolidating its “people first” slogan in the new year through its new-style “Juara Rakyat” (Champion of the People) programme, Umno Information chief Datuk Ahmad Maslan said today. He said the Juara Rakyat programme would carry a theme for every month, with the theme for January being education, and welfare in February.

“Ceramah (talks) will be held during the programmes which will no longer be confined to exhibitions and visits. There will be clear explanation (of issues) to the grassroots,” he told Bernama.

Ahmad said the target was to hold one Juara Rakyat programme in each of the party’s divisions beginning this year.

Umno has almost 200 divisions in peninsular Malaysia and Sabah. Last year, the party organised 2,000 Juara Rakyat programmes nationwide.

Ahmad said Umno wanted to disseminate to the people the message that the party and the Barisan Nasional wanted to be their preferred choice as implementers of economic and social development.
